Can you clear internet history from juno? If so, how do you do it?

My dad is stupid and doesn't let me use the internet so i figured if i used it before he got home and was able to clear where I went, then I would be okay...??Can you clear internet history from juno? If so, how do you do it?
Delete the Temporary Internet Files and History in Internet Explorer 7.0





Open Internet Explorer.


From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.


Select the General tab.


Under Browsing history, click Delete.


Click the Delete files button under Temporary Internet Files.


Note: Check the box Delete all offline content to delete the offline files saved on your system.


Click OK to confirm.


Click the Delete history button under History.


Click OK to confirm


Click OK to exit.

Under the heading Temporary Internet Files, click the Delete Files button.


Click Settings.

Press the Delete key. Click Yes to delete the temporary files and close the window.
