How do you clear your browser's cookies and temporary internet files?

I forgot my MySpace password and when I put in my e-mail address so that they can sent it to my e-mail I NEVER get it sent to me. It looks like I also have a virus on my acct as well. I was told by the MySpace Rep. I needed to clear my Browser's Cookies and Temporary Internet Files...can anyone help me in how I can go about doing this?How do you clear your browser's cookies and temporary internet files?

1. Quit Internet Explorer, Firefox, or any other web browser


2. Click Start, click ';Control Panel';, and then double-click ';Internet Options';.


3. On the General tab, click ';Delete Files'; under Temporary Internet Files.


4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the ';Delete all offline content'; check box , and then click OK.


5. Click OK.

1st go tool%26gt; internet Option%26gt;Browsing history%26gt;click on delete button


after that you will see the list of menu


i- if you wanna to delete Temporary Internet File just click the delete button.


ii- to delete cookies click on delete cookies.


after finished click close button than ok button.. that all, all your temporary internet file and cookies will be deleted.
If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER all you need to do is OPEN your browser and along the top select TOOLS. Scroll down to INTERNET OPTIONS and select it. In the middle of the window that pops up you'll see BROWSING HISTORY, select DELETE and there you will be able to delete such files.

or right click internet icon internet properties delete, delete all.
