How can I clear the address bar history in internet explorer when the Internet Options menu has been blocked?

It's a work computer and someone decided to get onto myspace from it which is prohibited. We have someone come out to our office monthly to check up on the entire server/computer set up. He will find myspace on it, and tell our manager.

We can't get into Internet Options because it's blocked. Anyone know of any other way to clear the address bar?How can I clear the address bar history in internet explorer when the Internet Options menu has been blocked?
They don't need to come to your computer to check the search history, they can check it on the server side.

You can however open my computer and go to C:\Documents and Settings\{Profile name}\local settings\temporary internet files

and delete everything in there, and also in the history folder and cookies folder. How can I clear the address bar history in internet explorer when the Internet Options menu has been blocked?
you can click the star and then right click on that day and then delete history. or you could download Ccleaner it will speed up ur com and wipe for u.
u can try to delete all of your temporary internet files.

if you know how to access the folders on the pc. u might not have access to that either,,,??
download google chrome...it has an incognito option that doesn't record anything where you go or what you do...no history nothing!
