How can I clear my internet history on mozilla firefox?

I can't stand how when I start to type in the web address, sites I've been to once show up. But, I don't want to download any programs to clear the history.How can I clear my internet history on mozilla firefox?
This should do it::





1. Click the Tools-%26gt;Options menu item.


2. Click the Privacy tab.


3. Under History, deselect the Remember visited pages check box.


4. Click OK.


5. Log out of all Firefox browsers.





When you log back in, the list should be clear and won't gather more entries.

click - tools - options - privacy - clear now


then select all


click - clear private data now
Also, under tools there is an option called ';Clear all private Data';. This takes history, cookies, passwords, everything.
press central shift delete, or you can set it to delete itself every time you log out of mozzila
