Go to ';Safari'; on the top left side of your screen, then go to ';reset Safari';.

You should also delete the History.plist file in Home %26gt; Library %26gt; Safari and delete the cookies in Safari menu %26gt; Preferences %26gt; Security %26gt; Show Cookies

If you're using Safari, just go to ';history'; in the pull-down menus, the select ';Clear History';. It's that simple. If you're using a browser other than Safari, you'll probably need to go to preferences and find the history.
