I clear mine all the time. One click of the mouse can load up numerous cookies and other bothersome mini files that can clog up your system. I delete my history, cookies, and that fun stuff everyday - at least 2-3 times per day, depending how much surfing I've done and how long I've been on.How often do you clear your internet history?
Usually a few times a week I clear my internet history manually and do the disc clean-up once a week. On my cookies I manually delete the ones that I don't want instead of all of them at once because I need some of them daily for things like games and mail.

every month or when i think about it
everyday, I have CC.....(Crap Cleaner)....
every so often, so basically when i remember.
Maybe once a week. Or once every other week.
Hahaha I'm bout to do it right now... don't remember the last time i did it.
only when i get sites that i dont need to reference in the future.
