Trying to Stream TV over internet using Clear QAM?

I am trying to stream my cable over the internet. I have a TV card, and was planning on using orb.com to do the streaming, but I use clear QAM cable, and orb doesn't pick it up. When i try to search analog using my TV card, it won't find any channels, only QAM. Is there any program that is similar to Orb in it's ease of use that will let me stream TV over the internet?
