In Firefox just go to Tools and click ';Clear Private Data'; or (Ctrl + Shift + Del).
I also highly recommend CCleaner. CCleaner is free and removes all traces of your online activities. Is with firefox there any way to clear my internet history with one button like on internet explorer?
It's a little trickier in Firefox 3 than it was in Firefox 2.
What you want to do is hit Control + Shift + Delete, then a dialog will come up. You want to make sure the options you want cleared (including browsing history) is selected. Clearing just the private data doesn't work for clearing the History in Firefox 3, and I have no idea why they made it MORE rather than less difficult in FF3, but that's how to do it.Is with firefox there any way to clear my internet history with one button like on internet explorer?
HA! porn by any chance ;P
basically go to tools then 'clear private data' but if you go to 'options' then the privacy tab then you can select 'clear private data when i exit firefox' and deselect 'keep history for X amount of days'
this pretty much does what it says on the tin, deletes all history and s**t when you exit firefox, which is pretty handy =P
hope this helps
