1st look on your screen to see if the Internet logo the ';e'; is on your desktop. make a right click on it then click on properties. from there you will be able to see delete cookies, delete files, settings and clear history... on the delete files make sure you check the option that says delete all the off lines files. take care and tell me is i was a good help
