you ave 2 things to tell where you were surfing on the net : 1- clicking ctrl - H to view history


2-clicking the arrow beside the address bar

Good answer svancouw, I usually do this because of past problems but what was not sure of the exact reason why I was clearing the forms, just knew it helped!
when u clear your history , all file that stored in your temporary file and all urls that stored in registry , would be delete


but when u uncheck auto complete they wouldn't delete


auto complete is good for your security


if work anybody else with your computer , u most uncheck


because browsers like firefox, store ur username and password in some site that u visit that sites , browser automatically login u in to that site
History is clearing the log of what websites you've been to.





Clearing forms is when you clear data that you've put into fields in other websites (such as e-mail addys, cc numbers, usernames etc.).





Having auto-fil for forms is DANGEROUS, and should be turned off completely.
