How do you clear your temp internet files?

Hi can someone please help me i need to know how to clear my temp internet files and delete cookies.Im running windows xp thanks!!How do you clear your temp internet files?

and delete everything in a folder: ';Temporary Internet Files';
on your browser choose Tools





then Internet options





then Clear history





then Delete files





then choose Delete all offline content
