The Best way is to right click on the internet explorer tool bar and check the menu bar option. Then go to tools and the top option is delete browsing History .This option is also at the bottom of the tools drop down menu at the right of the browser. click on safety (on your home page) right hand side at the top, click on deleat browsing history,
tick relevent boxes and press deleat. A seperate box will come up showing you what is being done
