Hello there:

If you are using Firefox, go to top Menu Tools%26gt;Clear Private data. Check all the boxes and click OK

If you are using Internet explorer 7 under the right side search bar there are some options. Click on Tools%26gt;Delete Browsing History%26gt;Delete all and Click OK. If a message appears asking you if you want to delete the temporary files and stored add on files, click OK.

I would highly suggest deleting them very regularly as they are a nuisance and don't give you quality browsing

Hope that helped

Tools, internet options..delete from there..why don`t you download CCleaner its just 1 of a few ways of keeping your comp running smooth.
Umm.. mine not be the same as yours but they disapear after you type in alot of links.
I recommend using (free) crap-cleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/

Once downloaded and installed, before running for the first time, back up any important files and set a restore point. I run ccleaner at least once a week - it clears out a lot of junk, temp files, history, cookies, etc. It also clears your passwords, so make certain you will be able to remember them.
Try to right click on history or the stuff you have been on and delete it
If u r using Internet Explorer then :

Click ';Tools '; on the top toolbar then click Internet Options then look at Temporary Internet Files and click Delete Cookies

Tools - Internet Options - Temporary Internet Files - Delete Files

Tools - Internet Options - History - Clear History
