How do you clear cache and cookies when you lost internet options and tools?

Right click on the Internet Explorer Icon.


Left click on properties.


Depending on if you are running Vista or Win XP you will delete the files differently.


Click on Delete.


Review the items checked and alter if necessary


Click Delete





To delete all temp files go to


Start


Run


type in %temp% (the % symbol needs to surround temp)


select all files


delete





There is a free software program available at


http://www.ccleaner.com/ that will clean your computer and give you lots of other helpful information. I've been using it for a little over a month now with no problems. I also am running Norton and it posses no compatability issues.How do you clear cache and cookies when you lost internet options and tools?
going to programs/accessories/systemtools/disc cleanup and then check everything and hit okay will clean up a boatload of stuff but not necessarily cookies.


If you have a web browser, how in the heck did you lose internet options??

Right click an empty space under the address bar. Select ';Menu Bar'; in the menu that pops up %26amp; ensure that ';Menu Bar'; has a check mark beside it.





Sometimes the menu bar gets accidentally disabled %26amp; when this happens, it hides those options your missing.
