How do you clear the browsing history and address bar on Internet Explorer?

Im using my boss' computer today and I looked up some stuff on Urban dictionary. I REALLY dont want them to get all mad about it so I need to delete stuff that appears in the address bar and browsing history.How do you clear the browsing history and address bar on Internet Explorer?

Done use the Tools/Internet Options/ General/Browsing History function to erase all cookies. Erasing all cookies will require the boss to have to re-input lots of info on frequently visited sites. It is better to find the cookie folder, go in, and delete only those that were installed based upon your visits to Urban Dictionary. They should be last or, if not, sort the cookies by time/date and they will be last (or first).





I cannot find my cookie folder on this computer and I have tried, so don't knock yourself out trying to find it.

If you only want to delete certain items and not the whole history, click the history tab, and right click and delete the individual sites.
Sure, ';urban dictionary'; is that what kids are calling it this days?

You should be able to click on ';Tools';, and delete the browsing history from there.

If you have the google search bar you have to do that on its own. Click the down arrow and then click clear history
Click tools then click Clear Browsing History then it takes you to another lil screen and you can clear bunches of stuff there.
Go to tools delete browsing history and select delete all.

Press open on the CD ROM drive.


Place hot coffee in styrofoam on tray.


Hit close.


After the sparks and smoke stop, your problem is solved.
