How do I completely really clear website history in Internet Explorer?

You can go to Tools -- Internet Properties -- and click clear history, but if you want to clear website history permanently..i suggest looking into one of these:

Go to Tools--%26gt;Internet Options..


Click on Clear History to clear the websites that you visited.


Click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files to delete most of the files (of the sites) stored in your computer.


It's a good idea to limit the space that the temp internet files use. You can do this by clicking Settings and choosing a lesser size say 10MB.

1. Close all running instances of Internet Explorer and all browser windows.


2. In Control Panel, click Internet Options.


3. Click the General tab, and then click Clear History.


4. Click Yes, and then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
