I hope I've understood your questions correctly.

Have you tried deleting cookies? Go to Tools, Internet Options, then browsing history. This will also delete any saved passwords, but it's worth doing every so often to keep it clean.

Hope that helps.
internet explorer properties

home page address about:blank
Tools -%26gt; Internet Opetions -%26gt; Use Blank on General Tab.
click on tools, internet options , first line about home page, change to what you want, go there first and then come back to tools and then click current. or type in what you want. you can use a blank home page and then go any where from there. use your mail as a home page.
go to internet properties and change in the address bar
You should quit using Internet Explorer all together and start using Mozilla Firefox. You won't have the security problems associated with Explorer. You can get the program for free at mozilla.com.

Down with Microsoft, up with people!
go to start right click on internet explorer then select internet properties you will see the home page address on the very top
