How to clear history on internet?

I got a laptop 4 xmas and this history thing pops up every time i click on the area were u type in a website address and its annoying. I was wondering if i can clear it every now and then so its not so full does any one know how?How to clear history on internet?
If your using internet explorer go to safety and delete broswing history and click on all the boxes and click ok.





If your using firefox go to tools and click clear recent history and bring down the arrow and click all the boxes and the click everything in the pull down men.





This will also clear out cache and temporary internet files and in the end speed up the internet. i do this every few days or when i play a lot of internet games.How to clear history on internet?
It depends on which internet software you're using...





The most common ones are: Internet Explorer and Firefox





Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + H, here comes a board at the left of your window with dates, you can either delete any of the dates in history or all of them... Or you can left-click on the dates and just simply delete whatever websites you hate...





Firefox: You can look up in the Toolbar (the third option from the left - the first one is ';File';), then comes a board again but it doens't have function of dates so you will have to search for the websites and delete them seperately, or you can cover them all and simply press ';Delete'; and then all of your websites you've viewed so far will be washed away from your history list.

p/s: I remember there's some options to prevent pop-ups in FireFox, you can Google it for more information how to activate that function.
There is no way to clear everything on the internet once its in the internet its out there and there is noooo way to get it off but maybe some can be cleared you would have to get somebody to do it though.
