-Click on ';history';, select a day or week, right click it, and click ';delete';.
-Click ';start';, click ';control panel';, click ';internet options';, and a new window should open. Under ';browsing history';, click ';delete';, and this will open up yet another window. At the bottom, click ';delete all';.
-If you want to be even more thorough, click ';start';, click ';all programs';, click ';accessories';, click ';system tools';, click ';disk defragmenter';, and this should open another window. you should clear your cache also.
besides clearing your history and cache from you local computer, if
your work has an IT dept they likely will have this data separately (plus almost *any* data that is downloaded, sent, received, including personal web-mail, work email, browsing history, etc).
In June 08 a Cyber-Ark report said in their survey that over 1/3 of 300 *senior* IT people admitted using high-level administrative passwords to snoop on fellow employees. Another 47% said they accessed data that wasn鈥檛 relevant to their job!

Its a good idea to delete what you can and start anew!
Just go to Tools, Delete Cookies. There's also an option to delete visited websites.
Good business networks hand out static IP's for specific connection points. This way they admin knows where the actual traffic is coming from. So, unless you have NETWORK ADMIN access to clear logs (router, server, etc.) you can NOT clear the NETWORK history you have already made via your local machine.
If you network is weak, do what the other guy said.
